Abdisalam Ali, represented H.E. President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and the Federal Republic of Somalia at the Africa Forward Summit, held as part of the Africa\u2013France Partnership Development Summit, which officially opened today in Nairobi, Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>The high-level summit brought together Heads of State, ministers, and senior officials to discuss strengthening multilateral cooperation, advancing reforms within global
