Abdifatah Sheikh Ahmed, delivered an official congratulatory message from the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, to the newly appointed President of Iraq, H.E. Nizar Aamidi. The handover ceremony took place today at the Al-Salam Palace in Baghdad.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">The message formally congratulated President Aamidi on his assumption of office and extended well wishes for a successful tenure. President Hassan Sheikh emphasized the deeply rooted, fraternal relationship between Somalia and Iraq, specifically underscoring the critical importance of expanding bilateral cooperation across both political and economic sectors.
