The executive launch ceremony was jointly directed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Hamza Hadow, and the Chinese Ambassador to Somalia, H.E. Wang Yu. Establishing this center represents a calculated maneuver to integrate advanced geopolitical research directly into Mogadishu’s foreign policy apparatus.
