Baidoa, SONNA \u2014<\/strong> The Commander-in-Chief of the National Armed Forces and President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has convened a high-level security meeting in Baidoa with the country\u2019s top security leadership.<\/p>\n

The meeting brought together senior commanders from the Somali National Army, Police, and Intelligence agencies to review ongoing operations against terrorist groups and assess progress on the ground.<\/p>\n

Discussions focused on enhancing coordination between federal and state-level security institutions to ensure a unified and effective response to security threats, particularly in South West State.<\/p>\n

The President emphasized the importance of sustained cooperation among security agencies to maintain stability, protect civilians, and consolidate recent gains made in counterterrorism efforts.<\/p>\n
