The process brought together federal institutions, Federal Member States, legal and constitutional experts, and broad segments of Somali society.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"1050\">The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Hassan Sheikh Ali<\/span><\/span>, congratulated Parliament on what he termed a landmark accomplishment for the nation.
