Hassan Moallim, has submitted the Somali Criminal Code to the House of the People following its approval by the Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"558\">The Minister noted that the current code, Law No. 5 of 1962, has been in force for over 60 years and no longer reflects modern social and legal realities.
