Dahir Gutale, presided over the handover ceremony for the new Director of the Information Department and Government Spokesperson, Abdinassir Ahmed Bashir, and his predecessor.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony, held at the Office of the Prime Minister, was attended by staff of the department and several departmental directors.<\/p>\n<p>Permanent Secretary Kamal urged the new director and the staff to carry
