Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, today officiated the opening of a specialized training on the Procedure for Developing Job Descriptions, delivered by experts from the Security and Justice Governance and Accountability Project (SJGAP).<\/p>\n<p>This capacity-building programme forms part of the Ministry\u2019s broader institutional strengthening efforts aimed at enhancing the professionalism, efficiency, and performance of directors and departmental heads.
