Hamza Abdi Barre, conducted an urgent inspection of a National Identification Registration Agency (NIRA) center in Hodan district, Banaadir, following complaints from the public about delays and service difficulties.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, the Prime Minister instructed agency officials to simplify procedures and make services more accessible. He emphasized: \u201cThe images we\u2019ve seen on social media are unacceptable. Young women should not be forced to come at night or sleep outside\u2014their safety is at risk and this is inappropriate.
