The first phase of the &#8220;Employability Service Training&#8221; program was officially inaugurated on Wednesday by the Deputy Minister of Labor, Hon. Amina Hussein Ali, at the National Employment Center in Mogadishu.<\/p>\n<p>This training is a central component of the ministry&#8217;s continuous strategy to strengthen the knowledge and technical skills of young Somalis. The primary objective is to significantly improve their employment prospects in the competitive labor market and to cultivate a stronger capacity for entrepreneurship and job creation within the country.<\/p>\n<p>The comprehensive program is set to benefit over 200 young participants. Spanning a duration of three months, the training is structured in weekly cohorts. Each week, a new group of 25 young people will undertake the intensive training module, ensuring a steady and focused delivery of skills.<\/p>\n<p>In her address at the launch, Deputy Minister Amina Hussein Ali issued a strong call to Somali youth, urging them to actively participate and take full advantage of this important training.
