Abdisalam Abdi Ali, conveyed Somalia\u2019s best wishes to the Government and people of China, praising the country\u2019s remarkable progress over the past seven decades.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI extend my warmest congratulations to the Government and people of the friendly People\u2019s Republic of China on the 76th anniversary of the founding of the Republic.
