He outlined Somalia\u2019s National Transformation Plan (NTP 2025\u20132029) and Vision 2060 as the country\u2019s guiding frameworks for sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>The Director-General shared examples of how the Somali Aid Architecture enhances coordination among government institutions, international partners, and communities to deliver tangible results. He stressed the importance of country-led, evidence-based, and effective partnerships to achieve sustainable progress despite shrinking aid flows.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Shire further emphasized the need for strong alignment between global partnerships and Somalia\u2019s long-term priorities to ensure effective cooperation and lasting impact.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\"
