Bihi Iman Egeh, today inaugurated the fourth review meeting of the Extended Credit Facility (ECF) with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Nairobi.<\/p>\n<p>The discussions will center on Somalia\u2019s ongoing economic reform program, progress achieved under the ECF arrangement, and the strengthening of Public Financial Management (PFM) reforms.
