It was opened by the DG of National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) Mr. Abdiweli Tima\u2019ade, alongside Mr. Mustafa Sheikh from the Immigration Directorate of Somalia, Mrs. Evelyne Cheluguet from Kenya Immigration, and Muhyaddin Osman from the CID.<\/p>\n<p>Participants include officials from NIRA, Somalia and Kenya&#8217;s Immigration Authorities, and the Somali CID.
