General Portolano was received upon arrival at Aden Adde International Airport by the Deputy Commander of the Somali National Army (SNA), General Maadey Nurey Sheikh, along with senior military officials. Following the arrival formalities, the Italian delegation held closed-door talks with Somali military leaders at the SNA headquarters.
