Mogadishu, (SONNA) \u2014 The Minister of Youth and Sports of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Mohamed Abdulkadir Ali, together with the President of the Somali Football Federation (SFF) officially welcomed African football legends Samuel Eto\u2019o, Emmanuel Adebayor, and Jay-Jay Okocha upon their arrival at Aden Adde International Airport.<\/p>\n

The visit marks a major moment in Somalia\u2019s sporting revival, as the renowned players are set to participate in a high-profile exhibition match taking place today at Mogadishu Stadium. The match will feature two teams: one representing Somali national players and sports legends, and the other composed of foreign-based players and international guests.<\/p>\n

The legendary athletes are accompanied by senior officials from the Confederation of African Football (CAF), underscoring the growing international recognition of Somalia\u2019s efforts to promote peace and development through sport.<\/p>\n
