Abdihakim Ashkir, chaired the third annual meeting of the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Steering Committee in Mogadishu for the second day.<\/p>\n<p>In his remarks, Minister Ashkir commended the committee for the progress made over the past year and emphasized the need for continued joint efforts to overcome existing challenges.
