Mogadishu \u2013 The Chairman of Somalia\u2019s National Civil Service Commission, Mr. Hassan Abshirow Mohamed, has officially launched the second phase of a training program for ministerial and institutional subcommittees on the implementation of the Government\u2019s Civil Service Pay and Grading Policy.<\/p>\n

In his opening remarks, Chairman Abshirow emphasized the importance of the training in establishing a fair and transparent system for standardizing salaries and job grades across the public sector. He highlighted the role of the policy in enhancing civil service management and professionalizing public administration.<\/p>\n
