Mogadishu \u2013 SONNA \u2014 The National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) of Somalia has officially launched three advanced digital platforms aimed at strengthening the country\u2019s national ID ecosystem.<\/p>\n

The systems\u2014HUBIYE Verification Platform, e-Aqoonsi Mobile App, and the Certificate Delivery System (CDS)\u2014were unveiled at a high-level ceremony in Mogadishu led by Second Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Jibril Abdirashid Haji and Minister of Interior H.E. Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh.<\/p>\n

The HUBIYE platform allows secure identity verification for government and private sector services. The e-Aqoonsi App provides citizens digital access to their national ID information, while the CDS streamlines the delivery of printed ID certificates.<\/p>\n
