It includes cooperation on cyber incident response, threat intelligence sharing, capacity building, and cyber diplomacy.<\/p>\n<p>NCA Director General Mr. Mustafa Yaasin Sheik signed both agreements, describing the partnerships as timely and practical steps toward Somalia\u2019s digital transformation.
