National Consultative Council meeting kicks off in Mogadishu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mogadishu, (SONNA) &#8211; The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud chaired the National Consultative Council meeting in Mogadishu today.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting which is expected to discuss issues of common interests for the Somali people will also discuss ways to eliminate terrorism from the country including the Al-Shabaab and ISIS militants.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting brought together representatives from Galmudug, President Ahmed Abdi Kaariye (Qoorqoor), Hirshabelle, President Ali Guudlaawe Hussein, President Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed of Southwest, the leader of SSC-Khaatumo, Abdikadir Ahmed Aw-Cali, the Mayor of Mogadishu, Ahmed Mohamed Amir, the Prime Minister and the his Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, Hamza Abdi Barre and Salah Ahmed Jama.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-440843\"
