Military officials confirmed that the mission successfully disrupted a planned attack by the terror group, with many militants killed and their positions overrun.<\/p>\n<p>Commanders leading the operation told National Media that the offensive unfolded as intended and that multiple militant bodies remain at the site as assessments continue.<\/p>\n<p>This latest success marks another step forward in the Somali government\u2019s broader campaign to eliminate terrorist threats and restore stability across the country.
