The operation targeted a group of militants operating in the area near the village of Basra.<\/p>\n<p>NISA confirmed that the airstrike was part of a coordinated effort to dismantle the terror group\u2019s presence in the region. The agency reported that the operation dealt a significant blow to Al-Shabaab, eliminating key members of the group.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the fatalities, the operation also led to the destruction of combat vehicles used by the militants.
