The Youth Justice Bill passed with 139 MPs voting in favor, two opposing, and none abstaining.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, H.E. Hassan Moallim Mohamud, thanked the Parliament for approving the Youth Justice Bill, emphasizing its importance in strengthening the country\u2019s judicial system. \u201cThis law is crucial for the justice sector and will play a key role in ensuring fairness for Somali youth,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Minister of Finance, H.E.
