Both sides also explored ways to enhance institutional capacity and ensure an effective legal framework.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Hassan Moallim Mohamud expressed appreciation for the UN\u2019s ongoing support, particularly in advancing governance and legal reforms in Somalia.
