He highlighted the importance of skill development and job creation for vulnerable populations.<\/p>\n<p>Mohamed Kaarshe, the IGAD representative for Somalia, reaffirmed IGAD&#8217;s commitment to supporting the Somali government in job creation initiatives. He praised the National Commission for Refugees and Displaced Persons for prioritizing sustainable solutions for displaced individuals.<\/p>\n<p>The overarching goal of the conference is to strengthen awareness, review previous commitments, and enhance the Somali government&#8217;s support for job creation. Additionally, it aims to foster collaboration between governmental and private sector agencies working on sustainable solutions for refugees, internally displaced persons, returnees, and host
