He emphasized that Somalia is entering a pivotal new phase in its history, where citizens are taking full ownership of shaping the country\u2019s future.<\/p>\n<p>The women\u2019s groups pledged their support for implementing a one-person, one-vote electoral system, committing to actively participate in raising public awareness.
