He highlighted key achievements, including revitalising the Diplomatic Institute to build Somalia\u2019s diplomatic capacity and restructuring departments to improve efficiency and align with national priorities. The Minister also outlined efforts to strengthen Somalia\u2019s role within the East African Community (EAC), including initiatives to secure the East African Community Passport to facilitate regional mobility for Somali citizens.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the Ministry\u2019s crucial role in Somalia\u2019s state-building process, noting the importance of fostering self-reliance and sustainable development.
