In an exclusive interview with Anadolu News Agency, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakam Fidan revealed that Turkey will introduce a new format for the discussions, which are set to take place for the third time in Ankara.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Fidan expressed optimism about the upcoming talks, stating that he hopes the two nations will reach an official agreement that addresses Ethiopia\u2019s concerns. \u201cWe have great hope that this new format will facilitate a resolution that satisfies both parties,\u201d Fidan said.<\/p>\n<p>The Federal Government of Somalia has previously declared that the agreement signed by Ethiopia in Somaliland was illegal and violated Somalia\u2019s unity and independence.
