Discussions centered on the regulatory framework for submarine cable landings, environmental impact, infrastructure sharing, and strategies for promoting competition. These regulations are set to align Somalia\u2019s telecommunications sector with international standards, supporting broader economic development goals.<\/p>\n<p>His Excellency Ambassador Jabril Ibrahim Abdulle, Somalia\u2019s Ambassador to Kenya, inaugurated the workshop, underscoring the vital role Somalia\u2019s private sector has played in the country\u2019s recovery and growth.
