The first vehicle, intercepted at the Garasbaaley district border, was neutralized before it could reach Mogadishu.<\/p>\n<p>Acting on local intelligence, NISA forces also destroyed a second vehicle filled with explosives in the Arbaow area near Ceelasha Biyaha. The operation prevented significant harm to civilians, though some houses were damaged in the process.<\/p>\n<p>NISA Cheif Abdullahi Mohamed Ali Sanbaloolshe visited both sites to commend the officers involved. He held meetings with security forces, receiving updates on the operations that successfully disrupted the militants&#8217; plans.
