He stressed the importance of collaborative efforts to address challenges in the blue economy, including overfishing and climate change. Somalia unveiled a national strategy for the blue economy and pledged to combat illegal fishing.<\/p>\n<p>Mursal also drew attention to a humanitarian crisis caused by recent floods in Somalia, urging international support.<\/p>\n<p>On the sidelines of the forum, Isaak Mursal engaged in a bilateral meeting with Liu Junfeng, the Vice-Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA).
