The President was accompanied by the Kenyan Minister of Defense, Adan Barre Dualle.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS) is at a critical stage and requires a coherent approach to realize the much-needed peace and stability in Somalia.
