They discussed hastening the emergency assistance to the people affected by the severe droughts in the country &amp; their role in mobilising the public.<\/p>\n<p>The PM said, \u201cthe electoral process in the country is important for the future of the country, but it should not distract us from rescuing our people who are suffering from drought, thirst and hunger, so it is important that the
