{"id":398867,"date":"2020-06-23T11:43:05","date_gmt":"2020-06-23T08:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sonna.so\/en\/?p=398867"},"modified":"2020-06-23T15:10:11","modified_gmt":"2020-06-23T12:10:11","slug":"two-people-killed-in-suicide-bomb-in-mogadishu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sonna.so\/en\/two-people-killed-in-suicide-bomb-in-mogadishu\/","title":{"rendered":"Two people killed in suicide bomb in Mogadishu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mogadishu(SONNA)-<\/strong>Two people were on Tuesday morning killed after a suicide bomber blew up himself at TurkSom military training base in Wadajir district in the capital Mogadishu, SONNA reported.<\/p>\n<p>Spokesperson of the Ministry of Information, Ismail Mukhtar Omar told <em><strong>Somali National News Agency<\/strong><\/em> that Turkey security guard killed the suicide bomber after refusing reluctantly to stop.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Al-Shabab suicide bomber wearing a vest blew up himself \u00a0at TurkSom military base killing two civillians this morning, no more cassualties, but his intention was to cause more damage,\u201d Mr. Omar said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that there were students in queue for military training recruitment at the time of the suicide attack.<\/p>\n<p>The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned today&#8217;s attack in Mogadishu<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">&#8220;We condemn the suicide attack perpetrated today in front of a primary school near TURKSOM Military Training Academy in Mogadishu&#8221;, it said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">&#8220;We share the grief of the friendly and brotherly Somali people, wish Allah\u2019s mercy upon those who lost their lives during the attack and extend our condolences to their families&#8221;, the statement added.<\/p>\n<p><strong>@mohamedosma4<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mogadishu(SONNA)-Two people were on Tuesday morning killed after a suicide bomber blew up himself at TurkSom military training base in Wadajir district in the capital Mogadishu, SONNA reported.
