Somalia, Norway Discuss Economic Development and Financial Reforms

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Bihi Iman Egeh, held a productive meeting with Norway’s Ambassador to Somalia, Kenya and Seychelles, Siv Cathrine Moe, and senior embassy officials.

The meeting focused on strengthening Somalia-Norway cooperation, particularly economic development and accelerating key reforms in Somalia’s financial system.

The two sides also discussed further strengthening development cooperation to support sustainable economic growth and national development.
